DO YOU FIND YOURSELF…

  • In need of a strategic or project plan but no idea where to start?

  • Finding it difficult to find the time to engage in meaningful reflection?

  • Struggling to get through your daily "to do" list - let alone tackling large scale planning?

I GET IT - IVE BEEN THERE. THE GOOD NEWS IS, YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE!

Polley Scott Consulting provides services to non-profit organizations to help them plan, build, and grow.

The work of non-profit organizations identifying and meeting the needs of those in our communities is essential. And though time is always at a premium, planning is a key ingredient in the health and longevity of any organization.  Taking time to reflect, think, and learn is critical for nonprofits looking to take the next step.  Planning is building.  Building is growing.

It’s hard for a non-profit leader to carve out the time needed to reflect when the day-to-day work of the agency is so critical. Recognizing reflection is just as critical is one of the first steps towards ensuring that the organization is here to meet the needs of today and tomorrow in the best way possible.

Polley Scott Consulting works with non-profits to meet each organization’s individualized needs.  This may include leadership coaching, project management assistance, strategic planning facilitation, conducting focus groups, assisting with volunteer engagement planning, or other identified needs. Polley Scott Consulting is focused on planning, building, and growing - recognizing that all three are needed for success.

how it works

THE POLLEY SCOTT CONSULTING PROCESS

01

Let's talk - we'll discuss your organization, your goals, and what you're looking to do.

02

After reflecting on our discussion, I'll follow up with some thoughts on how we might work together. If a formal relationship is not in store, I'll still leave you with some tips that hopefully get you thinking about what your next steps may be. A project proposal will include how we may work together, deliverables, and information on costs.

03

Working together means collaboration, exchanging information on a regular basis, and creating plans and projects that reflect your organization's mission and vision. Each project is as unique as the organization for which it is created.
